HIGH SCHOOL: Three-year letter winner for the team ... two-year starter on varsity team under head coach Duane Witter ... finished prep career as Farmington's all-time scoring leader ... averaged 24.1 points and 11.2 rebounds in his final scholastic season after averaging 25.7 points and 10.9 rebounds during his junior season ... a two-time first-team all-state selection by the Hartford Courant and New Haven Register ... ranked third in the state in scoring during the 2005-06 campaign ... named a captain of the team his senior season ... led his team to an 18-5 record and a second-place finish in the Northwest Conference ... received first-team Class LL all-state recognition from the Connecticut High School Coaches Association (CHSCA)...set the school record for total points scored with 1,499 ... a McDonald's All-American nominee ... named Farmington High School Most Outstanding Male Athlete ... three year starter for the AAU Connecticut Gold Under-17 Team ... led that squad to a 38-13 record while averaging 31.0 points a game.
