Loftus Sports Center

The Haggar Fitness Complex is located in the Loftus Sports Center on the east side of the Notre Dame campus. The Haggar Fitness Complex consists of over 9,000 sq. ft. of training area. A full range of free weight equipment; including 7 power racks, two olympic platforms, state of the art Hammer Strength plate loaded machines, over 30 pairs of dumb-bells, a huge variety of functional strength equipment(tractor tires, sandbags, chains, torpedoes, etc) and related conditioning appartus makes the facility a premier setting for intense physical training

Most of the 26 varsity sports train in this facility at some point during the year. This facility is the main training training ground for Notre Dame Football.

The Joyce Center weight room is located in the Joyce Center Fieldhouse. This 3,000 sq ft. facility is primarily used for in-season training of mens and womens basketball, hockey, football, and a variety of other sports. Almost identical in appearance to the haggar Fitness Complex, this facility offers the student-athlete a great training environment to help reach their goals.
