NOTRE DAME, Ind. - Mark your calendar for the annual University of Notre Dame Men's Basketball Banquet -- scheduled for Wednesday, April 16, 2008, at the Joyce Center.

A reception and silent auction begin at 5:45 p.m. EDT in the Monogram Room, a player autograph session on the concourse begins at 5:45 p.m. EDT -- and the dinner follows at 7:00 p.m. EDT on the arena floor.

All proceeds benefit the Notre Dame Club of St. Joseph Valley Scholarship Fund.

The event includes video highlights from the 2007-08 season, award presentations -- and remarks from University president Rev. John I. Jenkins, C.S.C., athletics director Kevin White, head coach Mike Brey and senior captain Rob Kurz.

Order forms are being mailed to season-ticket holders - and tickets at $40 each are available to the general public. No phone orders will be accepted, but ticket order forms are available on the men's basketball page of UND.com under News and Notes. Ticket orders must be received by April 7. All tickets will be distributed at Gate 1 of the Joyce Center on the night of the banquet.
