improvement in her second season, setting
career bests in three events at the BIG EAST
Championships ... finished 11th, but was the
third Notre Dame swimmer, in the 200 butterfly
with a time of 2:05.53 ... was 15th in the 200 IM
(2:06.95) ... also finished 20th in the 400 IM
(4:33.41) ... had her best time (55.24) of the season
in the 100 freestyle in the dual meet against
Pittsburgh ... also against Pittsburgh, swam her
best 200 IM (2:06.61)... swam a season best 57.93
in the 100 backstroke at the Minnesota Invite ...
was a member of the 400 IM mixed relay that
won their event at the Dennis Stark Relays.
AS A FRESHMAN
Qualified for the BIG
EAST Championships in four events during her
solid freshman campaign in 2004-05 ... ended up
finishing 11th in both the 200 IM and 200 butterfly
at the BIG EAST meet to score 12 points
toward the team's eventual victory ... fifth on
the team in the 100 breaststroke and fourth in
the 200 breaststroke ... saw limited action in the
distance freestyle lane, but was able to finish as
the third-best 1,000 freestyle swimmer (10:50.98)
... won the 500 freestyle in her first collegiate
meet against Evansville, touching the wall in
5:23.46.
